Client Services

Ever since I was a little girl (born and raised in Lynchburg, Virginia), family was always important to me. I believe this is one of the main reasons I have spent the past 16 years serving people that I love—our clients. They are more to me than clients. They have become like family. I love my job because it allows me the opportunity to help individuals and families in achieving their goals.

I’ve been serving with Jeff for the entirety of his 14-year professional career and we continue to learn from each other.

I may not stray very far from the office during lunchtime, but seeing the world through travel has always been one of my great passions. As a teenager, I even found the courage to leave home and enjoy international travel and schooling. I spent portions of my life living in North Carolina as a small business owner. Eventually, it was my family that brought me back home to Lynchburg.

As an adult, it was my choice and privilege, even as one of the greatest tests of my life, to help take care of my mother after she was diagnosed with Lewy body dementia. I learned so many life lessons while providing care for my mom. The effect on my soul has been life-changing, and I now enjoy helping other elderly persons in our community.

My hope in retirement someday is to serve those in hospice care, as it was deeply impactful to me while caring for family members.
